Now planning permission has gone through we build your construction drawings, structural calculations, building regulations plus necessary agreements to present them to the local building control. If any planning related matters arises not to worry problem, Olive Building Contractors will take ownership to resolve this on your behalf.

Final Costing

With the design and planning finalised, we will have a final scan of the project to mitigate any over budget surprises at build phase so we can keep with in your budget for the project.
